Strategic Fundraising Support

With our experience across multiple Capital Campaign projects, we can share our experience with funding opportunities. More importantly, our team will work to be sure that the project decisions made each step of the way align with your funding strategies to ensure compliance and to take advantage of opportunities.

We can also help with preliminary narrative development, graphic support, and graphic document production to support fundraising efforts, work with your team, or help you expand the team to include PR and graphics professionals.

Architectural Consulting

Establishing goals for your vision, we will work with your team to develop a building program that meets the needs of your organization's current uses and growth and use that to test-fit each property you consider.

We also review zoning and infrastructure/utility factors to understand the risks and opportunities of a property. These factors are instrumental in helping you determine which site is best for you. When it comes time to hire an architect, we help support your team in selecting a firm that fits your needs.

Pro Formas & Financial

Understanding the full financial implications of each decision is critical to the success of your project. The pro forma is the financial plan for your project and takes into consideration both the cost to get into a building, but also the long-term cost projections of owning it.

We can provide pro forma support beginning with an initial pro forma for each property you might consider, and continuing through the project to conclusion with more comprehensive and vetted pro forma versions as the project progresses.
